These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pavemom.com and any purchase you make from us. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products and information

  • We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and minor variations in finish can occur.
  • Our sizes run S to 3XL. Please use our size guide; bodies change a lot during pregnancy and postpartum, and our team is happy to help you choose.
  • Country of origin, material composition, care instructions, MRP and importer details are shown on the product page and on the product label and packaging.
  • Our products are apparel, not medical devices. Information on our website is general and is not medical advice. Please consult your doctor or lactation consultant for any medical or breastfeeding concerns.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Prices will not exceed the MRP printed on the product.
  • Shipping is free; a ₹49 fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders. The full cost breakdown is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways, subject to their terms.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, unserviceable addresses, suspected fraud or misuse, or orders that appear to be for resale. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds by our Refund Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Discounts and offers

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse promotions.

7. Reviews and content you share

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or tag us on social media, you confirm that the content is yours and truthful, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on our website and social channels with credit to you. We will ask for your permission before using any image that shows your face. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The Pave Mom name, logo, designs, images, text and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, abusing COD or return facilities, or posting unlawful content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or use third-party services (such as payment gateways, couriers and social media). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
